Vibration, wobbling or 'walking' of the washing machine	Feet make no contact with the floor and are not locked, or the washing machine is not level	Ensure that front and rear feet make firm contact with the floor and that the washing machine is level. Check the floor for unevenness. Place a 3/4 inch (19 mm) plywood under the washing machine to reduce noise.

Unangenehme Gerüche	Monatliche Wartung nicht durchgeführt, Wäsche nicht sofort entfernt, zu viel Waschmittel	Führen Sie den Clean Washer-Zyklus nach jedem 30. Waschen aus. Entfernen Sie die Wäsche, sobald der Zyklus abgeschlossen ist. Verwenden Sie nur HE-Waschmittel in der richtigen Menge.

Clicking or metallic sounds	Objects may be stuck in the washing machine's drainage system	Empty pockets before washing. Loose items such as coins can fall between the basket and tub or block the pump. Service may be required.
Gurgling or humming sounds	Washing machine drains water or load detection takes place	It is normal to hear the pump hum continuously with periodic gurgling or rising as final water is removed during spin/drain cycles. You may hear detection humming after starting the washing machine. This is normal.

Vibration during spinning or washing machine stops	Unbalanced load	Place items in loose piles evenly around the wash tub. Avoid washing single items. Balance single items such as carpets or denim jackets with a few extra items. Regroup the load, close the lid and hold START/PAUSE.
Load not rinsed properly	Insufficient water supply or insufficient HE detergent used	Check water supply and connections. Use only HE detergent in dispenser. Follow detergent packaging instructions. Add extra rinse to selected cycle. Load items in loose piles evenly.
Wäsche verheddert sich	Wäsche nicht wie empfohlen beladen, Waschgang und/oder Schleudergeschwindigkeit zu schnell	Laden Sie Teile in lockeren Haufen gleichmäßig um die Waschtrommel. Dies hebt Teile von der Waschtrommel ab. Laden Sie Teile in lockeren Haufen gleichmäßig. Verwenden Sie einen Zyklus mit höherem Verschmutzungsgrad und wärmerer Waschtemperatur. Siehe Zyklenleitfaden. Verwenden Sie nur HE-Waschmittel (nur Flüssigkeit im Dispenser). Befolgen Sie die Waschmittelanweisungen.

Washing machine will not start or fill, or stops	Insufficient water supply or electrical power	Check water supply - both hoses must be attached with water flowing to the inlet valve. Both hot and cold water taps must be open. Check that inlet valve screens are not clogged. Remove kinks in inlet hoses. Check electrical supply - plug power cord into a grounded 3-pin outlet. Do not use an extension cord. Ensure that the outlet has power. Reset a tripped circuit breaker.

Incorrect or wrong wash or rinse temperatures	Hot and cold water lines reversed, or inlet valve screens clogged	Ensure that hot and cold water inlet hoses are not reversed. Both hoses must be attached to washing machine and tap with hot and cold water flowing to inlet valve. Check that inlet valve screens are not clogged. Remove kinks from hoses.

Water leakage	Washing machine is not level, fill hoses not firmly attached, fill hose washers not set correctly, or drain hose not connected properly	Check that the washing machine is level. Tighten the fill connection firmly. Ensure that all four fill hose washers are set correctly. Pull the drain hose out of the washing machine cabinet and attach it firmly to the drain pipe or wash sink. Do not tape over the drain opening.
Insufficient water in the washing machine	This is normal operation for a HE washing machine with low water consumption	The load will not be completely submerged. The washing machine detects load sizes and adds the correct amount of water for optimal cleaning. Do NOT add more water to the washing machine. This lifts items away from the wash tub, resulting in less effective cleaning.
Washing machine does not drain or spin, load is still wet	Small items may be stuck in pump, lower spin speed selected, load is tightly packed or unbalanced	Empty pockets and use garment bags for small items. Use cycles with recommended spin speed. Ensure that load is arranged evenly for balanced spinning. Select RINSE & SPIN to remove excess water. Check drain hose for correct installation - hose must not insert more than 4.5 inches (114 mm) into standpipe.
